Thrown Bodies nasce come progetto fotografico in cui vengono rappresentate le attuali condizioni dei nostri mari, nella vita quotidiana vissuta da noi essere umani.
Gli esseri viventi che abitano i fondali marini vedono la propria vita condizionata rispetto a come NOI decidiamo di smaltire i nostri rifiuti.

I rifiuti di plastica, in mare, durano anni, a volte anche secoli. Ultimamente abbiamo assistito a numerose morti di animali causate dall'ingestione della nostra spazzatura. La cosa che fa davvero paura è che all'ordine del giorno il mare ci restituisce bottiglie e flaconi risalenti a decenni fa.
Noi inquiniamo il mare ed i suoi abitanti, inquiniamo la Terra e noi stessi.

Plastic waste in the sea lasts for years, sometimes even centuries. As of lately, many animal deaths caused by ingestion of plastic debris have been witnessed. What is really scary is that on a daily basis the sea gives us back bottles and flasks dated back decades, which appear then on our beaches.
As we pollute the sea and its inhabitants, we are polluting the Earth and ourselves too.
